Registration fees



450 € Registration fee
300 € Reduced fee for students (a confirmation letter is required)
150 € Fee for accompanying persons

The registration fee includes a participation in the conference program, conference documents, lunches, coffee breaks, welcome cocktail, conference excursion and the conference dinner.
The Accompanying person’s registration fee includes: welcome cocktail, lunches, coffee breaks, conference excursion and the conference dinner.


Early Registration Deadline


To take advantage of the reduced conference registration rates (400 €), register before March 15, 2017. Higher rates (450 €) apply after March 15, 2017, or at the conference registration desk (500 €).
Payment is handled via bank transfer after registration. Please note that the given bank account is owned by the Centre for Physical Sciences and Technology, Vilnius.



Payment method


All fees for the ENVIRA2017 conference registration should be paid in EUR (€), VAT is included in all fees. Payment of fees may accompany the registration forms, or it may be paid later. On site payments would be accepted only in cash.
