Bus top near the airport entrance: Bus Nr. 88 and Nr. 3G. You should drive to bus stop „Europos aikštė“

From Bus/Train station to Best Western Hotel:

Bus Nr. 88 to bus stop „Europos aikštė“ or Bus Nr. 1G, Nr. 53 to bus stop „Žaliasis tiltas“
