All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or e-mail) to the ENVIRA2017 secretariat according to the following conditions. Please note that cancellations received:
• Until May 15, 2017 – € 60 will be withheld for administrative fees.
• After this day no refund can be processed
